Easy to find and has close access to the Rome bus lines. Also very affordable and private place. I could not even tell that there were other people within the residence. Had a lot of amenities and the host was very responsive over the phone. Place was very clean with a laundry room always accessible with a flat iron and plenty of towels

Wonderful stay in Rome! We had a great time at this apartment — it was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bus stop is right in front of the building, and bus 160 takes you directly to all the main attractions in Rome, which was super convenient. Mrs. Liana was extremely kind and helpful, she explained everything and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay, and this holiday will remain a beautiful memory for us. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome!

We stayed for 3 nights at Stanza del Principe and it was great. The location is near the bus and the subway stations so even if it’s not near the center you can easily get there. The property had everything and the bed is super comfy. We would like to thank Luisa for everything because she was a great host and helped us with everything. We will come back for sure!

It is a clean property located in a quiet neighborhood. The center of Rome can be reached in 30-40 minutes by public transport. Davide and Donika live close to the property and can intervene quickly if anything is needed. The host Donika is a sociable person, always smiling and attentive to details. The host was very friendly and even helped us to bring our suitcases to the apartment. Apartment has everything what is needed. It was little bit cold (fresh) inside, but it is quite logical for this season. And we used air condition in bedroom and there was very warm. The area, where the apartment is, was quite, so it is nice place to stay with family. Thank you for our good time in Rome :)
