The staff were excellent, efficient, welcoming and not just those at reception. Requests were dealt with immediately. The view was spectacular. And the bed was huge and really comfortable. The parking was good. The hotel did not exceed my expectations because, having read previous comments, I had expected excellence and that is what we got.

Great place even out of season!!! The apartment has everything you need, kitchenette, coffee machine. There is a beautiful view from the balcony/terrace. Although shops and restaurants in the immediate area are closed during the off-season, you can easily get to Taormina by bus, which stops very close to the apartment. We were surprised by the great hospitality of the host, with whom we had great contact :-) Thank you for the delicious breakfast.

Ludovico was extremely great. He showed us where to park and then helped us with our bags. Once in the property he detailed the places we should visit with our time and how to get to them. The room was really nice, clean and quiet. The rooms are close to the centre of Ragusa Ibla and the bus to higher Ragusa

One of the places we visited during our motorcycle trip across Sicily was Ragusa. We spent the night at San Filippo Neri, located on a quiet street in Ragusa Ibla. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with closed garage for the motorcycle. Our host, Davide, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He greeted us in person, showed us everything, and helped us park our motorcycle in a garage just a few steps away from the entrance. He also gave us valuable recommendations on how to make the most of our short time in Ragusa. A big thank you to Davide for the warm hospitality and for making us feel at home. Ragusa Ibla is truly beautiful!

We had a sort of appartment, really huge and it was very comfortable. It was very quiet too. The couple owning the house was very nice and we enjoyed talking with them. The breakfast was amazing, the best we had in Sicily.

Great location right in the middle of Ibla on a quieter street. Everything is walkable. Very elegant rooms and facility. Excellent Ala card breakfast. Super friendly and supportive staff.
