The environment was very welcoming - calming - serene. The staff very accommodating. The breakfast had wonderful options and the breakfast room itself was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historic centre of the city.

The apartment was perfect for a few days stay in Perugia. The town is so nice and the apartment was right in the heart of the main area but since it's at the back of the building it was quiet for when we wanted to rest. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Perugia.

The keepers of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I liked our little morning talks :) The breakfast is a nice and perfect "Italian" breakfast (bread, cornetto, marmelade, coffee, juice and water); the rooms are small, but have individual flair - so has the old house itself! Situated next to the university and very near the city center - what a nice neighbourhood. And: the old dog that welcomes you wagging its tail makes you really feel like home!
