The environment was very welcoming - calming - serene. The staff very accommodating. The breakfast had wonderful options and the breakfast room itself was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historic centre of the city.

Michele, and his mother and father, were very hospitable and friendly. My suitcase broke right before I arrived and they were so helpful to me, way more than I could expect a hotel to be. They would not take any money from me. Just really and truly helpful, kind people.
I wanted a huge coffee for breakfast, American-style (Bigger is better, eh?) and they put it in a beer glass for me! Ha. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a safe, clean hotel in Perugia! Grazie mille!

The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable and in a great location, with a good Caffè (Caffè del Corso) just outside Valentina gave us excellent instructions for a late arrival. We really enjoyed the Perugina chocolates that Valentina gave us.
