It was above and beyond. The place was clean tidy and very cosy. But the most impressive are the owners Roberto and Francesca. Simply the nicest people we've met in a long time. Tho we met for the first time, we felt like we have known each other for a lifetime. Roberto surprised us with an unsolicited pick-up and then drop-off from and to the train station, along with some incredible restaurant suggestions during our stay and a little bit of city history during the car drive. And Francesca was simply the kindest woman you can meet, warm and welcoming, was exactly the face u needed to see in the morning while eating the breakfast to be sure that you will have a good start of the day. And Parma it's simply a lovely, cosy and wonderful little city to be in, regardless if you are there for work, or leisure.

(1) We were early but host Maria met us so that we could leave our luggage there. Subsequently check-in was smooth.
(2) Apartment was cosy. Our room had everything we needed including a small writing table in the centre of the room with bright large windows.
(3) Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choices for breads, different types of coffees and teas, etc.
(4) Location was about halfway between train station and city centre with a supermarket just around the corner and several good restaurants a short stroll away.
Will definitely return if we are ever in Parma again, thanks to our lovely host Maria!

Everything. Starting with the communication with the owners, the check-in process, the charming and professionalism of the owners, the location in the historical district of Parma just 10 minutes away from Parma center, the rooms are beautiful, very well decorated until the very last detail, bathroom and shower are good. The owner gave us very good advices about Parma and where to go and eat. The whole process was smooth. I definitely would stay here again and again and again.

Truly exceptional property, from the friendliness of the staff, the ambience in the room we had, right through to the delightful breakfast experience (me with a little Italian and the staff member with no English!), conversing with a gentleman who fed us well and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations.

It's an apartment after renovation - contemporary style with new facilities and very good location - all historical places, all shops and many restorants were by hand that is hepled us to round all by the night. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and restrooms with all is needed. We saved a good emotions to stay there.
