The staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel like we were family returning home. Personal, warm and professional with a lit of charm. Superb breakfast served indoors or outside with a large array of Sicilian spécialités with different highlights every day. A three star property with 4 star appeal. My flight arrived in the morning and the staff was able to accommodate me for an early check in right away. Throughout my stay, the reception staff was the nicest, most professional group of people. The hotel is gorgeous, elegant and well maintained. The breakfast buffet contained a large variety of delicious items. The restaurant served lunch and dinner and offered interesting Sicilian dishes; the staff there was most pleasant. The hotel made my stay in Palermo very special.
