The staff were absolutely exceptional. We arrived after a late flight and it was no problem to get us checked in, with excellent communication. We were also left a welcome gift as it was our honeymoon. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so helpful by providing tourist information, airport transfers and taxis to our next hotel in Cefalu.

Marco is the best host I have ever met, very charismatic and positive person. He goes above and beyond for his guest. First, he accomodate us before the check in time. He gave us great tips, what do to and visit in Palermo, where to eat and some interesting facts about the city and the island. The accommodation was great, clean and everything that we needed. At breakfast every day he offered different delicious local pastries.

Amazing location in an older building. Nice room, spatious and withhigh ceilings, relatively new bathroom, everything was very clean. Cute terrace and option to make a coffee in the morning is definitely a plus.
