This location is like an Oasi in the middle of Palermo. The garden is a dream and the complex was a pleasure for the eyes. The breakfast was a dream, the pastries and the salty treats were unforgettable. I would definitely will return, i left my heart there.

Everything was well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entire facility is clean, luxurious, and well hidden from outside the complex (an old tomato factory). We loved the breakfast – especially thanks to the whole team and their supervisor. Free parking is available nearby, and everything Palermo has to offer is within walking distance, including the central bus station (for the airport, etc.). We would definitely book it again.

Everything was clean and tidy, the location was very central, close to the train station, supermarket and laundromat within 100m. The communication from the hosts was amazing, very kind and friendly people. And the breakfast was outstanding. Thanks so much!

An experiment. Not since my youth had I stayed in a 1 Star hotel but this particular weekend in Palermo accommodation was scarce in the Kalsa neighbourhood and I thought why not, an adventure. It is very much a trip back to nostalgia, when the 'pensione' was always a great option. Family run it's exactly that, and I have to say star ratings these days mean practically nothing, in Firenze, Rome, Venezia or Milan this would be a 3 Star. Meticulously clean and quaint walking past the family quarters and seeing Nonna in the kitchen watching TV. I had a room with ensuite and view over the city to the sea, nothing to complain about. The building well kept with a wonderful cage lift up through a grand spiral stair to the top floor.

Good location close to restaurants and bars.. the staff was amazing all time They were very attentive and friendly, always willing to answer my questions. Clean rooms, especially loved the sauna inside the room. The gym is well equipped with treadmills, rowing machines and weights. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant and everything was incredible. Need to come back for sure.

I loved the common areas - very elegant and lots of character. Beds are very comfortable and whole place is simply lovely! Plunge pool on the terrace upstairs is a nice touch.

Stefano is a great host, really helpful and provided a great range of local information on places to visit, where to eat, where to shop locally. The apartment is beautifully renovated - comfortable, clean and secure. It is a great option if you are staying in Palermo

Wonderfull rooms! Nice and clean with a new vibe. The owner is fantastic! He is very kind and helpfull. He gives you a map with great spots for food and sightseeing. We really appreciated that! He was great in communication before and during our stay. The location is great and pretty much in the city centre. 10 out of 10 for us!

First and foremost, I want to highlight the kindness and hospitality of the apartment's hostess, Valentina. She is wonderful. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to Palermo Centrale and not far from the main city points. The apartment was perfectly clean. It also had everything necessary for a stay. It was very pleasant to be there, it's a pity that we only spent 3 nights. I highly recommend this place for a temporary stay in Palermo.
