The hotel is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are nicely cooled and beautifully redone! Matteo and his team are exceptionally kind and attentive. When we come back to Palermo we will definitely stay here again!

Everyting was like paradaise including beds, pillowes and spa. Very good position for exploring Palermo, amaizing restaurat a few step away, with best pizza. Very nice people - big work was done here in interesting historical building. We wish Palermo, beautifull city, to have more people like these owners. We all will come again soon.

The staff (Gabriella) and owner (Paula) were delightful to talk to. The breakfast was great. The apartment was just beautifully renovated, so much attention to detail (lights, metal features, plants, bathroom, ...).I chose the location because of the vicintiy to the railway station (we arrived/departed from the airport and we went by train to Cefalu for a daytrip). The apartment is in easy walking distance to the main sights of Palermo.

+ great location + great standard + super clean - lack of knife, forks and plates - the lift starts at 1st floor In general I'd definitely recommend this place. If I will come back to Palermo I'll choose it again but I will take a knife with me;)

The location is close to the central station and Lidl. it’s about 10mins walk to main attractions. The staff is super friendly, let us left luggage before check in and after check out. Good for a stay in Palermo.

A great place to stay! You may feel like an aristocrat for the moment. The furniture and decorations in the dyning room are like from Villa of palermian elite. In room you will find everything you need. Hotel has a cossy patio, and terrace with swimming pool with stunning view on the sea and mountains sorrunding the city. The staff is professional and allways willing to help. If you need an information about the city or events or you would need a private tour, you will get it. Dellucious breakfasts they serve. Perfect location within walking distance to almost all citys attractions, and close to the sea. Notice that, there is a quite bussy street between the hotel and the sea. Sometimes a bit noisy, but remember, you are in southern Italy :). On the doorstep you will find a restaurant wich is a good option if you do not wan to wander searching for dinner. A lot of caffes and restaurants near by. Small tip, be patient and wait a bit for the hot water in the shower. Hotel is located in old building and the hot water needs sometimes more time to find you :)

This was a perfect stay. The comunication with the host Ivan was excellent, location of the b&B is perfect, very close to all the atractions and Vucciria market. The room was super clean and comfortable. We definetly recommend this B&B.
