Honestly, we booked this hotel not knowing much about Naples (location) nor the hotel. It is a bit hidden but what a lovely property. A hotel with a total boutiquey vibe. The most outstanding thing about the property was the staff. They went over and beyond to make our trip comfortable, fun and convenient. The rooms were, in my opinion, high end. The dining area and courtyard were so quaint. Products in the room were high quality. Loved that we had a small terrace/door to open and hear the sounds of the street below. The staff had to be one of the best we've run into in awhile. Check-in was flawless, setup private transfers and cabs for us that were right on time, helped with various recommendations for food, cocktails etc. Not one negative about this place. Highly recommend it to others and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the best we have had in Italy. There are a lot of homemade cakes and savoury options. There are also yoghurts / cereal/fruit, etc. All the cakes and savoury bakes (quiches, etc) are homemade salvatore's (a staff member) mother, They are amazing, particularly the pasteria. All the staff are lovely, very helpful, and brilliant for a chat over breakfast and to point out spots to see around Naples.

Excellent location by Castel Dell'Ovo and Chiaia area outside the crazy old downtown. Excellent spread for breakfast, with many local tortes and pastries. When we asked, they gave us a topper to make the bed softer and replaced a pillow! Nice space, and the elevator worked. Very secure.

It’s in a nice quiet neighbourhood near the promenade (2 mins by foot), the continental breakfast was included and it was really awesome (especially the way it was delivered), the room has a/c and a spacious bathroom. The owner is really helpful and caring, so you can easily ask if you need something.

These rooms/suites are about 3 months old and they are fantastically nicely decorated with the absolute highest standards regarding furniture, bedding, towels, mini bar etc. We had booked a room with a sea view and it was a fantastic view from the balcony which also contained two chairs and a table where we had apertivo, drink, coffee, breakfast. The staff (we had the most contact with the incredibly cute and nice Anna) was super good! My wife and I really want to recommend this accommodation if you are going to visit Napoli. Fantastic! Thank you Anna! Down the street there are two superb restaurants for food, drink and also a patisserie. We will definitely be back. Warm recommendations for this accommodation!!! This is a wonderful place to stay in Naples, in a fantastic location, walkable for everything you will want to see and do. The host, Lucio, is the nicest guy. He was there to meet us, and we saw him several times while there, and he was fast to respond to WhatsApp questions. The room itself was very spacious - pillows a bit too firm (but that's personal preference. I'd have loved a soft one and a firmer one as I have neck issues), clean, and best of all - quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Just perfect.
