Everything was perfect - the staff - smiley, friendly and very helpful; the location - perfect - safe, near the ferry port, a lot of restaurants, meters away from the water, walks on the promenade; near shops and everything you need; very clean and pleasand place; home made breakfast! Superb location to explore the city. You dont even need the metro or a taxi you can walk to every highlight. Superb bars and pizzerias are nerby. The staff were super kind and helpful. The room was perfect, even with a street balcony. I suggest you to trust the guildlines of the staff, we never went to the Bourboun tunnels if they are not suggesting it, but it was an amazing experinece. Go and explore the city from here! Defenity will come back here.

The location and neighbourhood are great. Close to Station, shops, sea promenade, great restaurants. Amazing view on the bay. Room very nice and spacious. Bathroom is a bit small but very functional with a perfect shower. Personnel very friendly and available, eager to help and make your staying as comfortable as possible.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Naples, in a fantastic location, walkable for everything you will want to see and do. The host, Lucio, is the nicest guy. He was there to meet us, and we saw him several times while there, and he was fast to respond to WhatsApp questions. The room itself was very spacious - pillows a bit too firm (but that's personal preference. I'd have loved a soft one and a firmer one as I have neck issues), clean, and best of all - quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Just perfect.
