All team at the reception is super helpful. The team answer to all mails and provides the best support. You can ask for socket adapter. Breakfast is super nice, you have mozzarella, ricotta, cherry tomatoes, rucola, salad leaves, fried eggs, sausages, bread, tasty desserts, yogurts. Nice tea selection. Rooms on 5th floor has terrace (photos attached). Very cute inner courtyard. It's close to amazing restaurant and streets with lots of souvenirs. At the square where the hotel is, there are a lot of bars full of locals. It's the most recommendable hotel in Naples.

The bunk beds are the best I've seen in a hostel. They're super sturdy, and you can't feel the guests above you. There were two nights with free pizza and pasta in the common room, that was nice!

Very spacious! perfect for a group of friends. we came as 3 friends and we had one bed each. the large ceilings and large balconies let in lots of light and ventilation. beautiful decorated and nice bathroom. also the owner and the cleaners are so lovely and helpful. perfect location right in the centre of the old city so you can walk anywhere.

The room was cozy and clean. The first night there was a problem with the shower and Mario took care of it right away and compensated us for that night. The wonderful Anna Maria served us coffee and pastries every morning with a smile and love. The location was perfect! Close to everything!! We highly recommend!

The host is exceptionally nice and kind. There is no lift and though there were many steps, he carried our suitcases up the stairs and brought them down when we needed to leave. He really went out of his way. He called a restaurant and a taxi and also recommended sites and ways to get to them. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and he was very hospitable and welcoming. Would definitely return

The hosts are fantastic!! Sergio, his wife, and daughter was super helpful and would reply back to you in minutes.
The location of this property is very central to all the must see attractions in Napoli, those further away is easy access from the property through metro.
I got their flagship room and loved everything, including the design.
