Best location. Spotless clean. Kind and nice staff. Especially Front desk staff. They are the best!!! Special thanks to Nicola, Veronica and another beautiful lady with blonde hair. Unfortunately I can't recall her name. They are truly angels. I broke my ankle while ski on ALPS. They helped me to rent wheelchair on last minute. Even it was Sunday, most stores were closed. They made hundreds of calls to find a wheelchair for me. Definitely will come back! 100 stars recommend!!!

Registration office works 24/7. Very comfortable bed and nice room decor! Breakfast was very deliciuos, a lot of various deserts! It was a nice suprise, than I arrived after midnight - the room was changed from simple double room to superior for the same price! I will choose the same hotel next time visiting Milan for sure!

Excellent service at arrival and throughout our stay. We are very pleased with the location and its comfortable room. The gym facility is very new in the hotel. We also tried the restaurant Acante, and totally enjoyed it. Everything we experienced with the hotel has been excellent and highly recommend it.

We loved how close these apartments are to Milan centrale. About a 7 min walk to the bus station the goes to airports. A free luggage storage service was super convenient! Loved the fact of having a washing machine in apartment too.
