Everything to be honest was excellent, from the amazing staff, to the estate of the art rooms, to the location. Its my favorite hotel in Milano and I will come back again with no doubt.
From all of the above, I would like to thank Marco from the reception team. He welcomed us to the hotel and arrange all our needs. The check in was at 3 pm but we arrived early at the hotel (around 10 am) and he gave us a room that was ready without having to wait till 3pm. Thanks again Marco and the rest of the staff!

This is probably one of best b&b we have ever stayed. Lorenzo welcomed us in the street and helped us to get the luggage and took us to the 4 floor where our room was located. No problem with stairs, there is a lift. Our room was very spacious and nicely decorated, had its own little balcony facing a inner patio. We shared a living area and kitchen, also nicely decorated. We had our own mini bar filled with an amazing variety of goodies, but also the kitchen has all sorts of things to eat and drink, including wine and beer. The room was very comfortable.
Location was just perfect, just a few steps from the pedestrian area in the Brera district.
Lorenzo also gave us a list of very nice restaurants.. Our favorite was Clotilde, best braised Veal.

I liked my room but the lighting was a bit harsh and I didn't find a hook for my bath towel. I would have liked a softer bed and the linens were tucked in so that they didn't reach up to cover my shoulders so that is an easy fix. I would have liked a door between the bathroom and bedroom. I loved the proximity to the Duomo and shopping and taxi stand but the taxis have no place to wait for you right at the building and one that Dario called for me just drove by and stopped far down the street and picked up someone else before I could get to him. I went to the taxi stand in front of the Duomo instead which has a lot of taxis. Dario and Mateo were great. As a woman traveling alone I do prefer to stay in places that have someone available to let me in at all hours in case I stay out late but that was not an issue on this visit. The shower worked great and had good pressure and hot water. The towels could be softer. The pillow was a bit hard so one hard and one soft would be nice. I loved the automatic shades. I was thrilled to have YouTube available and English-speaking tv.

We stayed here for one night with our child and had a good rest. Beds are very comfy, and no noise from the street.
The apartment was spacious, with mini-kitchen and sofa for our child. There are a lot of cafeterias, pizzerias and restaurants close to the building. Also public transport stops are very close to the apartment.
Personal of the hotel was very nice, gave us a lot of recommendations about places nearby and best locations in Milano.
I definitely recommend this place to stay.
