Everything to be honest was excellent, from the amazing staff, to the estate of the art rooms, to the location. Its my favorite hotel in Milano and I will come back again with no doubt.
From all of the above, I would like to thank Marco from the reception team. He welcomed us to the hotel and arrange all our needs. The check in was at 3 pm but we arrived early at the hotel (around 10 am) and he gave us a room that was ready without having to wait till 3pm. Thanks again Marco and the rest of the staff!

Place exceeded expectations. From check in to check out, totally fuss free. Lorenzo the host is super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t believe how well thought out the place is, endless supplies of toiletries to pantry items, our teenagers were totally impressed and wished other places were like this! Location is superb as well, walking distance to everything. There is a supermarket across, fruit store and pasta store downstairs as well.

The property was modern on the inside but had a beautiful historic feel on entering the main area. It is well located in Milano, clean, well stocked with towels and soap, the check in process was very easy and the property is very secure.

We stayed here for one night with our child and had a good rest. Beds are very comfy, and no noise from the street.
The apartment was spacious, with mini-kitchen and sofa for our child. There are a lot of cafeterias, pizzerias and restaurants close to the building. Also public transport stops are very close to the apartment.
Personal of the hotel was very nice, gave us a lot of recommendations about places nearby and best locations in Milano.
I definitely recommend this place to stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly. They even WhatsApped me the day before our arrival asking if we had any questions or needed any recommendations. The rooms are just like the photographs and the beds were super comfortable. I had brought my Mum away for her 60th birthday and the hotel had put balloons on her bed when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food available. The location was perfect - everything is right on your doorstep. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.
