The location, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the breakfast every morning was also amazing!!! Parking assistance was a big help. The staff are super friendly and very helpful! Definitely coming back to this place next visit! Heating in the room helped alot as we visited during a colder season time! Cannot beat those amazing views from the rooms!! Thank You Vito! It was just about perfect. Room was beautiful, location, right in the Sassi, is wonderful.
Breakfast is included and was very good. The staff went out of their way to help us. One of them spoke very good English.

Absolutely everything!! This hotel is simply Devine. It is right in the middle of the old city. We couldn’t have been happier with our accomodation choice. We were also treated to the biggest and most delicious complimentary breakfast. I can’t recommend this accomodation enough!
They also provided fantastic maps and recommendations for the city and restaurants to eat including our favourite… Kiev!!
