The room was beautiful, especially the wide spa bathtub. The bed was comfortable and wide. The breakfast was full and tasty, especially the locally sourced honey. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out, as we walked around Lucca for the afternoon.

Guest house with nice old town spirit and modern, freshly renovated facilities. Huge, very clean room with comfortable bed and very good breakfast. We have stayed in room with internal garden view and it was very silent and relaxing for us. Special thanks goes to owners of guest house, due to some transport problems we were late to arrive to Lucca and was not able to checkin on regular hours. With simple phone call this issue was managed perfectly. We also got nice recomendations for dinner and Luca siteseeing. So next time in Lucca - we know where to stay!

Very cozy and tasteful apartment, in the middle of the town. I had a lovely stay. Very quiet, despite being in the heart of Lucca. Definitely recommend it!

Wonderful hotel in a great location. We had a family room, which was 2 rooms adjoining. Lots of space for a family of 4. Fabulous breakfast included and all the staff members were very attentive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Palazzo Dipinto is a beautiful hotel-thoroughly modern in decor with the charm of an old property. The staff are very friendly and helpful; that made our stay truly extraordinary.
