Charming Family run hotel, extremely dedicated to the customer comfort and wellbeing. Excellent Breakfast served to order in the homely breakfast area. Owner went out of his way and dedicated hours to resolve our car problem on Good Friday morning with the local workshops in order we may continue our scheduled Toscany tour.

Palazzo Dipinto is a beautiful hotel-thoroughly modern in decor with the charm of an old property. The staff are very friendly and helpful; that made our stay truly extraordinary. We have stayed at top hotels during our Italian holiday and this was absolutely the best. It is a wonderful location and convenient to walk anywhere in Lucca.

Location inside the walls was perfect. Close to the walls for a nice walk or cycling. 10 minute easy walk from train station. Staff were waiting to meet and check us in. Helpful with suggestions for dinner. Owners were there each morning preparing nice breakfast items with plenty to choose from, including local items. Rooms were clean and had all that we needed. Lots of restaurants nearby, all of which were good.
