Everything. Lovely, large room. Excellent host. Ideal location for shops and restaurants. Train station walking distance. Fantastic breakfast. Special mention for the two lovely housekeepers - Rossella and Loredana who made our stay so welcoming! Huge bathroom with great shower! Very good air conditioning which was definitely needed! Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. Lecce is beautiful with fantastic architecture. One of the nicest places we have stayed in while touring Italy.

Beautiful property with internal garden in a convenient location. When you enter the courtyard, you are transported to another time. The hosts are charming. Our room was spacious, stylish, with a beautiful high ceiling, a large comfortable bed, a table set for breakfast. For breakfast we got a basket with a warm pasticciotto and a croissant hanging on the handle. We felt spoiled. Staying there was extraordinary. We highly recommend such a journey in time.

All the informations to get to the place were clear and they also provide recommendations of restaurants, bars and places to visit to enjoy the city. The location is great, close to the station and the old town! The room itself was very comfortable, spacious and clean; and it had a small balcony. Also the bathroom was big, new, and equally very clean. Flavio was very welcoming and friendly, and the communication before and during my trip was always quick. I really enjoyed my stay and would always come back. :)
