Exquisite apartment in central old town of Genova. Modern amenities of high standard throughout the one bedroom apartment. Kitchen also very well equipped and the bathroom with huge shower certainly more luxurious than most hotel accommodation. Casa Bolla is a very highly recommended stay.

Incredible! The rooms are Spectacular; Spacious, Spotless and Stylish, while the location is perfect with everything right around the corner. Giorgio, the owner, is a total gentleman ( he even made a special vegan / gluten free cake for us and shared the recipe!) and the breakfast was incredible! Fruit, yoghurt, musli, cake and foccacia. He was accomodating to both vegan and gluten free diets. We can't wait to return, it really exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much

Very good location, excellent owner (very helpful and kind), we had everything we needed. The flat is nicely decorated, we had coffee and some sweets there which was so nice. It’s also very calm in the flat (there is no noise from outside, the flat is well isolated). The owner also gave us excellent tips to go for a dinner and she recommended us where to park the car.

I absolutely loved this accommodation!
I knew from the pictures that I would like it, but I was pleasantly surprised by the elegance, cleanliness, and the welcoming spirit of the house.
I especially appreciated that it offered beverages and snacks at supermarket prices rather than typical hotel minibar rates, such a thoughtful touch.
The location is perfect: very close to everything! I even went to the panoramic viewpoints twice in just 24 hours, simply because they were so close and beautiful.
The apartment itself is spacious, charming, and full of character. The host was also incredibly helpful and kind.
I've already recommended this place to my friends as a must stay when in Genova, and I’ll definitely come back myself!

From the moment we opened the massive front door to the street we knew we were somewhere special, and we were! Wonderful stylish rooms and what a view!
All the main attractions so close and right in the heart of the medieval city (close to metro too)
The city is easily walkable, food excellent and getting (a bit lost) just part of the the fun.

I gave the apartment 10 points. Is the apartment really worthy of a high score? I do not know. I have to be honest and admit that the owner asked me to write 10. Let it be 10. However, none of the apartments can be compared to high-end hotels (they are designed for high-end services). The purpose of the apartments is for overnight stays, not for living in. And this apartment was very suitable for it. The apartment had everything you need, a private bathroom where to take a shower after a tiring day, a bed where to get a good night's sleep, and of course a great location. Everything else doesn't matter anymore. For my needs, this apartment exceeded my expectations.
