My stay was absolutely wonderful. The welcome was warm, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personalized card upon arrival, and even a farewell note at the end. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was spotless and perfectly located. A huge thank you to Roshan, Oshini, and Cleber for the delicious breakfasts and the coffees with beautiful designs. It was such a lovely touch every morning. Thanks to everyone, and I hope to return soon!

Very clean hotel, supercomfy bed, clean bathroom. Staff is very kind and helpful.

The staff and service was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. A/C very effective.
The breakfast was good. In the afternoon free coffe, tea and cakes and from 18.30 to 19.30 free prosecco and wine. The location is great and we have found our hotel in Florenze forever.
