A truly magical stay — like living in a Florentine palace!
This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet and elegant part of Florence.
The atmosphere is stunning: soaring ceilings, beautifully preserved architecture, and refined decor that makes you feel like you’re stepping into history. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. We’ve never encountered such warm, kind, and genuinely caring people — their hospitality is on another level.
The room was spotless and spacious, the breakfast delicious, and the entire experience felt both luxurious and welcoming.
If you’re looking for an authentic, charming, and elegant place to stay in Florence — Palazzo Ridolfi is the one.

The whole place is fabulous! The furniture, the lighting and the frescoes are impressive.
It is a family run business and all the staff is extremely friendly and warm.
The home made breakfast was delicios.
The location is also amazing, within walking distance of all major attractions, but without being in a busy or noisy area (but we did visit in February, so maybe in summer things change).
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a unique experience!

Excellent location. Great little area behind the building. Lovely restaurants, lively little square, bars, cafes. The room was very well designed with clean contemporary style. Clean lines, great lighting. Contemporary furnishings. Excellent clean room.
