I will start with the location. Very close to the train, very close on everything. The facilities, the cleaning were excellent. The bed comfortable, the amenities and the total building was smart.the bathroom convenient. The vibes was positive . The guys to the reception helpfu and friendlyl . As about the breakfast the best croissant that I had in Italy . If you go to como you have to try it.

The building is beautiful, set in a lovely square with restaurants and bars. Walking distance from the ferry. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great Paid palking a few minutes from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The design of the room - super detail oriented. The colors - cheering the mood :) And there were some artsy details. You can't get a better location - just in the front of the Duomo. Best choice in Como for people who look for something interesting and at the same time cosy and calm. The girls from the reception were very friendly and welcoming. We loved this hotel. Excellent location, near the lake and lovely restaurants. Short walk to the funicular that takes you to Brunate. Staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Couldn’t fault this hotel. Will definitely return
