We visited galliera residence in early October. Its near to the train station of bologna and also (about a 10 minute walk or less) to the city center. Our stay was fantastic! Olga and nina were the most amazing, kind and helpful hostesses we could have asked for. Our room was very clean and big enough to make a family of three feel very comfortable. Of course the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was a little small but it had anything someone could ask and it was all delicious. Me and my family would definitely recommend galliera residence for anyone visiting Bologna.

Possibly the cleanest room we encountered during our entire trip to Italy, kudos to the staff for maintaining such high standards. The room was spacious and the king-size bed extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and both the host and staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. A truly pleasant stay all around.

At check-in, I was greeted very professionaly, and the person gave me very good advice on where to go in Bologna. I booked the smallest room, as I'm travelling alone, but it was not small at all. The bathroom was great as well. Housekeeping each day was a nice surprise, also the breakfast was impeccable and the staff there very nice, although their english is shaky at best. Left my luggage with them on the last day, no extra charge, just a perfect b&b. Will definitely come back.
