I SO liked Dopa Hostel, and would recommend it to anyone. Such friendly staff, and travellers as well. Italian Hostel De Luxe. Small and intimate. Clean. Sometimes you have to wait for the bathroom, but never long enough to be bothersome.
I really liked how they cared about not wasting food during breakfast. Could have had a little bit healthier muesli, but it’s minor.
Many solotravellers, and also a mixture inbetween mostly younger and some ”older” travellers (me being one of them :). So appreciate the dinner they arranged for us who wanted to join on the night of my arrival.
Loved the atmosphere!

The apartment is extremely cosy, clean, spacious and has everything that you would need for your stay. The location is very close to the city center and the host was incredibly kind. She gave us plenty of suggestions about where to go, what to see and she even offered us to keep our luggage safe till it's time for our flight. Would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Bologna in the future. 😊

Great location with a huge variety of Restaurants in the local area. Very helpful staff. Local transport easily accessible. Room is a great size, comfortable bed and great shower too. Had everything needed. Loved the additional snacks in the room. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit but will make sure to eat in it's restaurant as I didn't have time on this occasion but given the queue outside always it must be something special too.
