After a flight cancelation we had to stay in Bologna for the night, and we found this place. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our short stay in such a way that this unplanned stay felt like a treat. We had a very early flight the next day so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast, but they immediately offered to prepare breakfast the evening before so we wouldn't go hungry the next day. They also arranged the taxi reservation in the early hours.
The place itself was very comfortable and super clean, and there were complimentary snacks and coffee available. Located very close to the central station and just a few steps from the city center.

Super clean, everyday cleaning and changing of the towels. In the room, there was coffee and tea and also the bed was pretty comfortable and also there were extra pillows in the closet. Heating was working great. Bathroom very comfortable. Also very important there ja room to leave your luggage that locks! All in all excellent

I want to start by mentioning how warm, friendly, and supportive the staff is. We were able to leave our luggage well before check-in and were warmly greeted by Aurica, who was cleaning the accommodation at the time- she was incredibly kind. Giancarlo, our main point of contact, was always available and gave us excellent recommendations for our stay in Bologna.
The apartment décor is truly unique. I especially loved the kitchen and the terrace. The location is also very convenient, just a relaxed 10-minute walk to both Piazza Maggiore and the train station. We will definitely be back!

From the beginning my host kept me informed about all the details necessary to proceed. When I had a question about the process he Immediately responded. During my stay he asked me if everything was okay. I was there for 6 nights and I never felt like I couldn't count on him. The one thing that I really liked was that he listened to my suggestions. The location was good because it was near the train/bus station and other transportation was easy to get. There were some restaurants and cafes that were walking distance as well as small shops. It was close to the airport which was very convenient when I was returning to the airport on my last day. On my next trip I hope his rental is available, now that I found a good place to relax and enjoy Bologna.
