I absolutely loved this property. It's beautiful and so thoughtfully maintained. You can clearly see the effort that goes into every detail, all curated with great taste. The hospitality here is just as impressive: the staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is exceptional with generous, scrumptious portions. I loved everything about Nirrvaan homestay! Great location, very nice hosts, good Indian breakfast. The rooms are nice and cosy, with a little balcony, a fan and the AC. Very close to North Cliff. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Kerala Cottage was an absolute delight! This is closest that I have gotten to stay near a beach with the sea being just a few steps away. You can hear the sound of the waves inside the room. Far from the hustle bustle of town, this place is serene. Great destination for a dopamine detox. Great hospitality from the owner and staff - always ready to help and make our stay comfortable - with a smile! You won't regret the stay. Note: Seasonal beach. Best time being November - March

Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.

Beautiful location directly overlooking the beach, stunning views & extremely well maintained. Lovely gardens & grounds with ample sun beds, hammocks & seating. Large well furnished room with big terrace - very clean. Attentive manager & helpful staff. Breakfast is more than adequate with a large choice of fresh fruits, juice, eggs etc - served under the palm trees with the sound of waves in the background.

Located in Kappil, a few steps from Edava Beach, Kuma Surf House has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access.

The accommodation is super clean and well-equipped, with the highlight definitely being the large, cozy beds! It’s honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve had in all of India :) The host Kuma is incredibly kind and takes care of any requests quickly. Huge thanks to the whole team – the surf equipment and lessons are top-notch as well and the vibe is just amazing! Overall, the stay was a solid 12/10! I’ll definitely stay here again :) The location is a bit outside, but therefore, absolutely beautiful, and with a scooter, you’re just 8 minutes away from the cliff of Varkala
