Great location within walking distance (or by auto) for all major sights. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you, always smiling. The breakfast was fabulous with so much food; it is definitely a hotel for foodies. We can’t wait to go back to Pondicherry and the Villa Shanti!

The staff were outstanding and responsive. They put service front and centre. Call out to Padmini the housekeeper who went above and beyond to make our stay better. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the sights in French quarter. The manager Kavitha is fab! The courtyard restaurant, greenery and I have to mention my favourite cocktail, the green mango margarita!
