My mum stayed there between 19 Nov -27 Nov and they provided her with exception service. It is really easy to locate and it’s very clean with a functional lift. They were very friendly and accomodating to her. She stayed for 8 days and in the future she would like to stay for longer due to the service she received.

I’ve stayed in Delhi many times and have always struggled to find somewhere that actually looks like the photos. Most hotels use fake photos or glam the rooms up just for the photos but this place is 100% genuine. My room was spotless clean. The bathroom was spotless not a spec of mould, grime or dust and the bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room works from wifi to AC.
The hotel is located on quite street and close to great eating options and close to some great markets. Karol Bagh is a nice neighbourhood, no one is trying to hustle you and it’s clean and slow paced. The staff are great and go out of there way to help you. The owner is a great guy who also goes out of his way to make you feel like you’re at home.
Zero complaints and I recommend this place especially to foreigners who want to stay in a nice chill part of Delhi that is close to everything.
This is now my go to stay in Delhi
