Staff here are very accommodating and helpful.
This place can be a shock at first, especially for those coming from European based locations. However once here for a night or two, it becomes easy to adapt to environment and people. Overall great experience staying at property for 2 weeks.

My stay at Orion Express was comfortable and well organised. The hotel is easy to locate and works well for short visits or work travel. The room was clean, fresh and properly arranged before arrival. Bed comfort was good and the room felt quiet enough for rest. The washroom was neat with regular water supply and basic items available. Staff behaviour was polite, respectful and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Check in was fast and without any delay. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness properly during the stay. Overall, it is a practical choice for solo travellers, office trips or brief city stays. I had a pleasant experience, felt relaxed during my time here and found the service value for money.

If you choose the top 5 Hotel in Delhi, I suggest Taj Mahal as it is not too far from the sightseeings (just by taxi or Tuk-tuk). The only place you can walk is Khan Market (800 m). Breakfest is ok and there are 4 restaurants for dinner, not cheep as the hotel isnt't cheep, too. Good pool and wellness. Staff is polite, sometimes too polite (you need time for conversations)

The whole space is really nice with a beautiful garden, an oasis in the middle of Delhi. This is the second time I stayed there and I would always come back. It is a quiet place very close to Lodhi Garden and two metro stations about 10 min walking distance away, so you can easily explore the city by public transport. All staff is really nice and friendly and the whole place has a family atmosphere. Breakfast is served in the garden - you can have tea, coffee, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, omelette, bread... meals are always freshly cooked and often are made with the vegetables that grow in the garden. The rooms are basic but comfortable, there is air condition and heating, and you have fresh water, a water heater, tea and instant coffee in the room. But you can also always go to the main building and get free coffee/tea, and refreshments for a fair price.
