The staff was accommodating. Special thanks to Jasween, Sakshi, Ankit, and Prit! They were so friendly and helpful! The food was also delicious 😋. The hotel location was within walking distance to the VFS Visa Center. They quickly set a room for our unplanned group online meeting! I will stay in the same hotel next time 😀

Very cozy, almost boutique-vibe, hotel in the heart of New Delhi. Perfect location for us to explore Delhi for the first time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast pleasant! The airline lost our luggage and Vibhor and his reception-team (including driver Narendra) made great efforts in trying to help us retrieve it (which was immensely appreciated!) We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Delhi!

Love the decor, the lounges on each floor with free snacks and tea/coffee/beverages, the signage on the lifts. Great café. Wonderful people -- particularly the helpful security guards, Karan at the front desk, Shobhit in the café. Just a lovely experience overall.

Hotel Palace Heights is a jewel in the chaos of Delhi. The room was clean with all the amenities, including a hair-drier. One big advantage of the hotel is that metro is only about 200 metres away. We even went to the airport by metro thanks to its proximity, just to avoid the traffic and local taxi drivers. They let us have an early check-in. Buffet breakfast was excellent, real restaurant level. A very nice place and friendly staff.

Excellent Hotel If you book a room on the 9th floor of the building: the rooms there are excellent! Bevause it is only on this 9th floor tat the renovation is just finished. The breakfast and luch was excellent too. What was great too: The hotel gave me early check-inn without extra costs because I was a woman travelling alone, and they want to stimulate woman to do that and to give women a safe and comfortable feeling when they are travelling alone👍
