There was an issue with the airport transfer that we requested on our arrival, and had finally to take a taxi after quite some trouble. For some unknown reason, the request we submitted through booking.com did not reach them on time. This being said, they recognized the trouble we went through and showed us an amazing hospitality. That totally changed our initial perception of our arrival in India. We also had other issues, not related to the hotel, and the whole staff was extremely helpful in sorting them out, to a level beyond anything we could have expected. An incredible demonstration of Indian hospitality. Thank you for your warm welcome! We definitely recommend this hotel.

very nice stay with excellent staff - bellboys and restaurant staff is amazing and the performance was outstanding. dinner buffet best offer after various 5 * hotels before. room is exactly as promoted on booking and not too small. calm pool area with smoking options in the yard. high security standard. nice area to walk around and 4 minutes to the mall with more than 20 restaurants, cafes and bars- mini market has a huge offer of sweets, snacks and drinks and shampoos or other first needs. normal prices as well.
