We liked everything: the location (near the airport, 10 minutes to airport by taxi), cleanliness, service and above all the room. It was amazing! Complimentary coffee/tea at lounge and minibar in the room was a nice touch.
And a word of advice (I wish that someone had told me this). If you are planning on staying Mahipalpur/Aerocity or near the airport I can really recommend on spending a little bit more money and booking a hotel like this. There are so many hotels there in booking.com with really good reviews and low prices but most of them seem to be scam hotels, we learned this the hard way. These international brand-name hotels like for example Andaz are the only surely safe option in my opinion.

All staff in general were very polite and helpful - from housekeeping, reception and all the restaurant staff - especially Monu!
