We were brought to the Andaz reception by our driver (by mistake) but Ipsi checked us in without delay and looked after us very well, even bringing bananas to the desk for my two hungry children. Christopher helped us to our room and was so kind, courteous, and helpful. He also helped us with all our bags at the end of our stay. Shivauni at the Residences reception helped with our c-forms late at night which was appreciated.
The breakfast staff were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Gurpreet, Abhendra, Satyam, Jyoti, and another lovely young girl whose name I unfortunately did not write down but she worked in the section near the juice counter and was brilliant in helping us with food choices for our newly adopted indian son. Thank you all.
Ideally located close to the Delhi international and domestic airport, the hotel has an easy access to the corporate and commercial hubs of Delhi, Gurgaon and the NCR regions.

The hospitality was exceptional! Especially from Atesh and Baljeet. The hotel stay was very nice and relaxing. Food was also delicious and a lot of options at the buffet. Highly recommend Lemon Tree premier hotel!!

Our room is very spacious and clean with modern and comfortable decor, high quality bathroom amenities. Compliment minibar is a nice surprise. The front office staff, a young handsome man, was very friendly and helpful, my roommate had the late flight the next day so she requested to check out late at 2PM and he quickly arranged it for us after checking the room availability. Dinner here was our good decision, they had various options for both Western and Indian foods and drinks. We did enjoy very much both our dinner and breakfast buffet here. We did rent a car to airport from hotel in the next day, and this was a good experience, too. Big good car with compliment water in car and the hotel car had private lane in airport arrival gate so no need to queue like other taxis.
