Amazing stay with unforgettable hospitality
Our stay at 23 Urban Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. The room was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a pleasant and cozy ambience. Everything about the hotel felt comfortable and well taken care of.
We especially enjoyed the Shikara experience, which made our trip extra special and peaceful. It was a lovely and relaxing time.
A very special mention to Shikaraa — the way she helped us with the room decoration was absolutely heart-touching. She was so kind, caring, polite, and supportive throughout. Her attention to detail, warm behavior, and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and valued. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, and that really means a lot.
The overall ambience of the hotel, the service, cleanliness, and staff behavior were all excellent. Everything was perfect, and we felt very happy and satisfied with our stay.
Highly recommend 23 Urban Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great hospitality. We will definitely remember this experience and would love to visit again.
