While the experience was fantastic overall, the mattresses could be improved for a more comfortable sleep. Just stayed for 4 nights inHotel the Plaza , is a realy very good hotel in Begumpet. Location is convinient. Breakfast was nice and widesprade. Rooms are spacious and with all required amenities. Staff is good and polite. Want to mention about Restaurant Sraff Mr. Prabhas Pandav, a realy very good, helped us lot in good choice at dinner. As my daughter was having dental issue, he specialy made soft khidadi, and grunded meal for her. Thanx to him. I will recommend this hotel .
