It was a really pleasant stay at St Regis Mumbai. Next to a shopping mall so it's easy to access to shops and restaurants. Having a butler service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is excellent with huge amount of varieties. Room is modern and my sleep was really good. Butler ritual service starts at 6.30pm and it was really nice to watch and celebrate. This is my 1st time watching and that really lift up the mood and atmosphere within the hotel. I had a chance to play on the grand piano offered by the hotel pianist, Steven so it was really nice to try on that.

Beautiful setting, really attentive staff, great breakfast. The room was perfect and I enjoyed learning about the history of the hotel. It is right next to the gateway to India. The bakery is amazing, we had really good macaroons.

This apartment exceeded expectations. Staff were very helpful and communicated well with quick replies etc to any messages. The apartment was very clean. There is a washing machine like we have in UK (fully automatic!) which was a pleasant surprise. The AC works well in both rooms - bedroom and living room also. The manager also kindly let us leave our luggage in the place as we had a late flight - this was extremely kind and much appreciated.
