Everyone and everything 😄. I visited from the UK for 5 days. The staff were so polite and professional. Also the breakfast team were so generous, as we would take portions to our rooms for our lazy teenage kids. The local trains were actually quite useful for visiting central Mumbai. Highly recommend for location.

The trident hotel was really a great experience. Our room was comfortable, spacious with a good view and an amazing bathroom. The rooftop with the swimming pool is super nice and we also really appreciated the washing room to freshen up after check out and before our flight home.
