THE LOCATION!😍 Also very clean hostel and bathrooms, they have communal showers upstairs so you can shower before/after checkout, very convenient. Staff was superb and very patient and helpful. Thank you so much will definitely book again when in Mumbai. Also the room was airy and had a cute little balcony. I was really satisfied.

The staff at this hotel were just brilliant, friendly, helpful and above and beyond expectation. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a cosy and homely welcoming feel about it. Toiletries and water for drinking were plentiful. The rooftop terrace was a lovely peaceful place to sit. The buffet breakfast was good.

The location is great, hardly 500m from Gateway of India. It's almost on the main busy road of Colaba. Still quiet and peaceful inside. The rooms are quite big and spacious. Bathroom is nice and clean. Staff is very helpful.

We arrived at 1am, and the staff greeted us warmly. We were given an upgrade from a deluxe room to superior deluxe. It's been the most expensive hotel of our month trip, but the room was spacious, clean, comfy bed, good air-con and cold fridge. It had a lovely marble bathroom with 4 showers ! (That's a first!) With lots of hot water. We were facing onto Garden Road and it was really quiet. They gave us an hours grace checking out at 1pm and as we're on a late train tonight they will give us a room to shower in. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay in Mumbai and don't know why it only scores 6.2??!!
