The location is great. The host was very kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the hostel is at the highest level. The common rooms are spacious and tidy. The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya Museum is close, so if like me you came in May, you can see a lot there without being in the heat. In my opinion, this is a great hostel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Antique Hotel in Colaba, Mumbai. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They arranged a shuttle to the airport in the middle of the night and gave me my room before check in time. The room was very clean and had a fridge, ac, fan etc. The location is also very good, a lot of restaurants are around, shops and sights. Recomended!

Spacious, clean, well ventilated room. I liked complementary dinner and breakfast, specially mutton curry was big surprise for me. They didn’t ask for any advance payment before arrival for the booking confirmation. Staff were also great.

‘You get what you pay for’
I cannot fault this b&b… excellent value for money…. I booked this property 10 months ago. I booked on the basis it’s very safe, clean and friendly. I am travelling with my 8 year old daughter. So my main priority was that the accommodation had to be safe. The staff here are excellent. We were welcomed with our requested early check in. We were so grateful for this as we had been travelling for nearly 24hrs. We had showers, a clean room, and a quiet restful nights sleep. Mumbai is crazy but going home here every evening was welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and that was perfect to see all Mumbai has to offer. Our breakfast was toast and coffee delivered to our room upon request. What more do you need to start the day.
Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. We had a great stay and recommend this property wholeheartedly. We will be back!
Anyone booking accommodation in Mumbai needs to remember this is not Europe! Culturally very different and the standards aren’t the same.
