The room was so nicely decorated and the city view gave it an extra dimension. This hotel has en excellent Indian cuisine restaurant called Jyran. We ate there 3 times! The food was so good we didn't try any of the other restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast buffé was also excellent with great variation of hot and cold food, including a lot of nice indian dishes. Staff was super friendly and helpful in every way! Security is high since all persons entering have to scan all luggage and bags. The area is also very safe and calm and within walking distance to some shopping malls.

Excellent service with a smile from Rahul and the team. Felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It’s like a hotel room (they changed the towels and sheets every day). Initial serving complimentary snacks (also basic toiletries) then a couple of bottles of water each day. There is also filtered water in the kitchenette (hot plate. Toaster, cutlery, glasses, iron, shared fridge). During a short visit in Mumbai I stayed in this apartment for a days. It's a cozy little apt with everything you need and exactly as described on booking.com The area is also very calm and can easily be roamed by walking or taking a tuktuk. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are also close by. Especially the communication with the hosts was very good. Every question got answered after only very short time and important information (e.g. adress, check-in, check-out) got shared quickly. One member of the host team came by when I arrived, to show me around the apartment and to explain everything to me, which also was very nice! I definitely recommend this booking.com and will stay here during my next visit as well!
