Everything - lovely hotel. I even let the manager know that the location on booking.com is incorrect by several hundred metres. He engaged with me, took a photo & said he would look into getting it changed for future guests (the location is to be found under a search for 'HZ Bangalore Stories' on Google Maps).

This hotel is very well run. My room was spacious, spotless, quiet and comfortable. The staff are helpful: I needed laundry done with a quick turnaround time and they made it happen; I was allowed early check in without any issue. The food was good. I don't normally eat dinner in hotel restaurants as their food is often bland and over-priced but, because there was a downpour, I ate at the Grand Continent and had a DELICIOUS (fairly-priced) veg thali. Breakfast also had good variety. Beautiful hot shower too. A very enjoyable stay!
