The staff at the Oberoi were incredible and instantly made us feel at home. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the spa was incredible and the whole experience felt like an oasis of calm to come back to after long days exploring! Probably the nicest hotel experience I've ever had.

Very courteous staff and helpful. We got an upgrade without asking for it and the staff were incredibly nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered room service as well and the service was really good . We appreciate the effort you take to make the guests feel comfortable. Thank you. We stayed for 4 nights. Proximity to metro station is a definite plus. Breakfast spread was good. Belgian whit beer on tap was good as well:
