Very courteous staff and helpful. We got an upgrade without asking for it and the staff were incredibly nice. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered room service as well and the service was really good . We appreciate the effort you take to make the guests feel comfortable. Thank you. We stayed for 4 nights. Proximity to metro station is a definite plus. Breakfast spread was good. Belgian whit beer on tap was good as well:

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Breakfast is good. The Spa provides very good treatments. The gym is small, but the equipment is in very good condition. The pool is clean and very relaxing to sit by or in. The food in the restaurant is good..The wines are good, but a little too pricey. Without exception, all staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. A special thanks to Nisha at the Spa, Girish, Arachana and Vidya in the restaurant, and Prasenjit who made sure my room was spotless every day.
