I love everything about this place ! Max is super friendly and professional , providing all the information that we need and being super nice! We arrived late but still he is very patience and helpful , we had dosa for dinner in his place and it was amazing ! Room is very clean and tidy , hot water shower is good and wifi works well

Absolutely the best room in Agra! I stayed at Bansi Home Stay and had an incredible experience. The room was Super BIG, cozy and clean, and the breakfast was SPECTACULAR! The hosts were super friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring the city.
Bathroom was amazing too, shower was the best.
The reception team was very receptive and helped organize everything for us. But what really made our stay stand out was the warmth and kindness of the people. They truly made us feel at home.

Moses and Stephie were lovely and accomodating. As soon as I arrived they sent me all the need to know info about Agra in WhatsApp, and offered to set me up with a tuktuk driver to see the sites (without any pressure!). They do a home cooked meal in the evenings which was delicious and a great chance to chill with other guests. The tour to the Taj Mahal with Moses was INCREDIBLE! He was a fantastic host and did the absolute most to ensure we learnt a lot and got great pictures. I don’t usually join tours, but would definitely recommend this one for something so special. Showers were also warm!

We are extremely happy with the services of this hotel. The hotel arranged a pick-up for us from Agra Cantt and also provided a cab for visiting the Taj Mahal. All the services provided were excellent. The room was very good and comfortable, and the staff was very cooperative. Our Agra trip went very smoothly because of their great hospitality.
The hotel’s location is also excellent — it’s situated right in the main market area near the Taj Mahal, with many good restaurants around. The food at the hotel was also very tasty. Overall, this hotel is really good, and I am fully satisfied with the services, the room, and the staff.
Next time when I visit Agra, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Soul'Stay was a wonderful quiet retreat in Agra. Ankiit and his wife were wonderful hosts who were very communicative and even took us on a food tour. They gave great recommendations for sites to see and had many wonderful conversations. The room and space was new and clean and very peaceful with great amenities. Highly recommend!
