Cassidy’s hotel is very central just a short ten minute walk to the river and center of town, it felt safe walking to/ from the hotel. We had a shared room and it was spacious enough, I loved the cosy atmosphere and it’s excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and kept an eye on things around the hotel through video monitors (I felt safe). Property provided tea and coffee and bottled water. Overall a cosy, clean and reasonably priced accommodation. Will be back!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly at any hour of the day and/or night. Experiences in the past with other hotels in the area show me this is not a given. The hotel is situated at a prime location a short walk away from the bustling O'Connell street, however at no point have we heard any outside noise. Beds are very comfortable, the rooms are amazingly clean and all and all if you must stay somewhere abroad, we couldn't wish for a better location than the Castle Hotel. Breakfast was great, both at the old music shop as well as in the Vaults. The staff will go out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable, relaxed and unforgettable stay you'll ever experience. Theres live music and/or dance every night of the week if you can't be bothered to go out on the town for a night and they serve an amazing dinner. They really are in a league of their own.

I loved the vegan irish breakfast, and generally the vegan options at the vault restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite and helpful. As a customer I have always felt more than welcome to ask for help or inquire information on bus schedules and stuff like that. Another aspect are the stunning visuals of the hotel's facilities! Inside you are welcomed by beautiful seating areas, detailed decor with different lounge rooms, which invite you in to have a seat and just enjoy the breathtaking interior around you.
