Great room and excellent breakfast. We loved spending 4 nights here, the city centre was about 30 minutes by bus. A lot of buses are coming by, the pub next to the DCU was nice.

The staff were amazing, the room was very nice, the bar area was great and the hotel is excellent value for money for Dublin. It is also only 15 minutes from the ferry terminals. There is underground parking for a fee.

Shower very adjustable, can have low/pressure and finely tune heat. Very good value for Dublin. Just a few things missing probably because it's new, but a bedside table and drawer for clothes in the room would be nice. If you're looking for the place, just put "the vine tree" into google maps, it's down the side road from that.

we had room 3, and there was a LADDER up to another bed, the kitchen is also the bathroom 😂 it’s such a fun novel place to stay, perfect for that one night if you’re doing something nearby. Evan at the vine tree off licence was great and helped us access the property very easily. There’s a tv for your netflix and disney + . They supply head n shoulders and coffee machine and shampoo. For 60€ a night, ya can’t go wrong it’s very fun
