Amazing location, GORGEOUS room with top notch modern amenities (air conditioning, brand new smart tv, excellent lighting, bathroom floor heating! What?!) with so many little helpful details (bar fridge, nespresso + kettle, umbrella) and a REALLY nice shower. Bed was so comfy, staff was so helpful. I could afford it, and usually rooms I can afford aren’t half so well appointed. If I could give 100 stars I would.

The staff are responsive to all your needs and add a personal touch. Seriously satisfying to relax in the sitting room over coffee/ tea or wine, to be greeted and served a scrumptious breakfast, and to be ably assisted when we misplaced a VISA card. Above and beyond what one pays for and expects. We highly recommend Ariel House for all international travellers who wish to receive special service.

Everything - one of the best places - and value for money at that - I've ever stayed in in all my travels. Perfect location if you're staying in Dublin. We were fortunate to get one of the bigger rooms with probably one of the most comfortable beds I've had on my travels, and honestly, everything about there was just nice. I cannot recommend The Waterloo Town House and Suites highly enough - really brilliant.

Everything was GREAT! Even before my reception, they were great contacting and explaining how to arrive to the property. The room was exceptional, so conforting and warming, the bathroom had a very good shower, they cleaned the room every single day that I was there. The location is also very good, it is easy to get to the city center by bus or bike or even walking if it's your thing.
I have no critics to the staff, everyone was so warm and gentle to me, I miss this place very much and hope that I can return someday. You guys ROCK!
