The resort staff was friendly from the time we got there to the time we left. The room was so nice and breakfast was very good. The location was perfect! Walking distance to shopping. We also tried the massage and that was really good and relaxing as well.

Close to everything, depending on what you want to see, hire a driver and see everything. Will save you time and hassle.
Even though I was sick on the last day of my trip, no fault of anyone but myself. The hotel sorted a doctor to come to my room and administer IV drip. This hotel is 5 star in all ways. The staff are so friendly and customer service is superb.

The location was walking distance from nearly all the hot spot spots in Ubud while still being secluded from the rest of the city. The staff were very helpful and even drove us to the Kecak Dance that they helped us get tickets for. We would definitely recommend the Balinese full body massage!
