The location was walking distance from nearly all the hot spot spots in Ubud while still being secluded from the rest of the city. The staff were very helpful and even drove us to the Kecak Dance that they helped us get tickets for. We would definitely recommend the Balinese full body massage!

Everything. It's a lovely place full of charm (the decoration with local motifs is perfect) with modern touches where necessary to ensure comfort (the bathtub and the shower are just perfect, not to mention the air-con). The staff is beyond friendly and helpful; breakfast usually starts at 8, but since our tours started early, they kindly prepared the breakfast (really nice breakfast as well) at 7:30. The stairs are quite steep, but they always help with the baggage. We really felt home. The location is unbeatable; despite being in the centre of Ubud, which is a busy and lively area, the only noises came from the ceremonies in the King Palace Temple and we didn't find them annoying; quite the opposite, in fact. In short, the perfect place to stay.
